Day 2 Firenze/Florence

First off, I have to say, I'll never understand why we use "Florence" when the Italians use "Firenze."  It's just confusing.  Just use the name it's named.

Okay, off the soap box.  Day 2 in Florence was also a travel evening to Venice.  We went back to Central Market and did some shopping along the way.

Afterwards, on the recommendation of one of Scott's friends, Sherwin, we headed up the hill to find the third David.  Yes, there are three in Firenze, didn't you know?  One in the museum,  one replica outside the Uffuzi, and another up on the top of this hill outside the city wall in Piazzale Michelangelo.

Climb up is one of many uphill slopes
A view from half way up
 A view from the top
The third David.  It's outside and now green.
